We are seeking an experienced HR leader who can drive cultural and operational excellence across the business unit. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and challenge others at all levels of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Culture and Operations: Lead the HR team in developing and implementing strategies that drive cultural and operational excellence across the business unit.
  • Support business unit change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to colleagues.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, creating a culture where all employees feel respected and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners.
