Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Food Production Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading Food manufacturer in the Wednesbury area. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance across both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance across Mechanical and Electrical disciplines
  • Work with the Engineering Manager and maintenance team to implement changes and improvements
  • Optimize production lines for maximum efficiency
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance for Food production environments
  • Ability to work 1 allocated night shift per week
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
