Support Staff for SEMH Students

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Ashford area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to secondary-aged students with SEMH needs.
About the JobThis is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. You will work closely with teachers to prepare and deliver engaging lessons and activities, promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Providing tailored support to students with SEMH needs, including those with behavioural challenges
- Developing and implementing individualised learning plans to meet the needs of students
- Collaborating with teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and activities
- Supporting students on school trips and other outings
- Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and development
