About the Company:
We are a leading global engineering business with a UK head office in Warwick. We operate more like a small-medium enterprise (SME), offering the best of both worlds - a dynamic and supportive environment backed by the investment and stability of a larger organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Estimating costs for capital plant, machinery, and process projects
  • Developing and managing proposals for clients
  • Building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
  • Commercial experience in bids, proposals, or tendering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full UK driving license
