About the Role

ADM is seeking a highly skilled Process Technology Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collaborating with equipment and project engineers to develop, evaluate, and integrate new manufacturing and packaging designs and enhancements to meet strategic business plans and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to reduce losses and increase OEE rates, yields, capacity, and schedule attainment.
  • Work closely with company subject matter experts to transfer new products, technologies, and innovative approaches to plant operation and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain a 5-year capital project portfolio to include capital budgeting and execution that strikes a balance between non-discretionary, productivity, and growth spend.
  • Lead and support safety initiatives to promote a safety culture and continuous process safety improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to direct, organize, and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and ability to learn new technologies quickly and implement where applicable.
  • Experience with optimization and analytical processes and tools.
