About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team at ADM, a global leader in human and animal nutrition. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with engineers on manufacturing and packaging designs, lead projects to improve operational efficiency, and work on tech transfer initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers on new manufacturing designs to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Lead projects to improve operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Assist in tech transfer initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
  • Work on process optimization and safety improvement, analyzing data and implementing changes to drive business results.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in process optimization and leadership.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in process optimization, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
