Talent Chief Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Recruitment Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and attract top talent in the construction industry
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency
- Construction sector knowledge and experience
- Ability to obtain own clients and build relationships
- Candidate sourcing and attraction skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary up to 34k DOE
- Great commission structure
- 20 days holiday per year, bank holidays, and a Christmas shutdown
