Join Our Team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for running a 360 desk in the Procurement & Supply Chain market, finding and engaging the best talent, and guiding candidates throughout the interview and offer process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Growth: Foster lasting relationships with clients, build and nurture relationships, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Market Expansion: Become an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends, working with the leadership team on initiatives and projects.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to Trainee consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
