We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences at Evri. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by developing strong relationships with our SME customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Evri Business Accounts to maximize share of shipped volume and achieve or exceed budget and cross-sales targets
  • Compiling accurate reports for the SME Team Manager, detailing budgets, expected volume, rates, and sales opportunities
  • Conducting client visits to build and maintain relationships
  • Building and maintaining relationships to drive compliance and improve sales
  • Managing customer retention targets and ensuring delivery of those targets by maintaining excellent relationships with SME Account Holders
  • Preparing and maintaining records within the CRM system for each customer
  • Working closely with operations and customer services to ensure clients receive the service they require

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in an account management role or similar
  • High-level competence in Microsoft Office and Oracle Right Now Service Cloud
  • Customer database management experience
  • B2C home shopping/e-commerce industry knowledge and experience
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated
  • Outgoing personality with confidence to make sales presentations and challenge assumptions
