As a highly skilled Academic Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our CEO and wider leadership team at Evolve. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading recruitment and outsourcing organisation operating within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Device and Life Science sectors.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position with the option to work hybrid. As an Academic Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional and confidential support to the CEO, including diary management, presentation and report collation.

Ideal Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant within the Healthcare industry
  • Will consider a senior administrator with PA responsibility
  • Previous experience of diary management, presentation and report collation
  • Proven experience of simplifying process to streamline administration in the team
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support for CEO and wider leadership team
  • Taking ownership of queries, prioritising accordingly
  • Full management of arranging meetings, both internal and external, including travel
