- Health and Safety Qualification: Possess a recognized health and safety qualification, such as NEBOSH.
- Operational Experience: Proven track record of leading an operational function, delivering results, and influencing at a strategic level.
- Relationship Management: Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders and suppliers.
