Network Plus Services is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Executive to lead the safe and efficient replacement of gas mains within our delivery of works programmes for business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a working environment that meets all safety and environmental legislation, engineering, and customer standards.

The purge and relight process requires meticulous planning and execution to minimize disruptions and ensure the smooth operation of our services. This role demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of industry regulations and best practices.

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Executive who can lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws, and company policies.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project management, operations, and maintenance.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gas industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, laws, and company policies.
