We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fairmont Gold Attendant to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the luxurious Fairmont Gold Lounge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a food and beverage ambassador for our hotel, providing expert recommendations and ensuring that all guest needs are met.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage lists, including special promotions and preparation methods, to provide accurate information to our guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and chefs to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Able to stand, walk, and move around during entire shift, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
