About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our expanding Cambridge office. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects across different sectors, including commercial, healthcare, residential, and defence.

You will work closely with our team members and clients to understand their expectations, provide advice, and ensure timely delivery of services. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage building surveying projects from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain business relationships
  • Contribute to fee bids and financial forecasting
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of service provided
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or Master's in Building Surveying
  • At least 2 years of PQE experience ideally
  • MRICS or MAPM qualified
  • Varied project and sector experience

The salary range for this position is approximately £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive company pension scheme, hybrid working, 28 days' holiday + Bank Holidays, training and development opportunities, and more.
