The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll have the autonomy to lead high-profile projects across the Leisure, Education, Commercial, Student Accommodation, and Infrastructure sectors with project values up to £30m.

You will manage the full cost management lifecycle, ensuring excellence and value at every stage, including delivering cost planning, valuations, and cost reporting with precision and clarity.

Your Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with contractors to achieve exceptional value for clients.
  • Act as an Employers Agent and oversee contract administration.
  • Build lasting client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
