Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Account Manager to join our team at Gripped | B2B Digital Marketing Agency for SaaS & Tech. This role offers the opportunity to progress your digital marketing career in a rapidly growing agency delivering game-changing digital sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain day-to-day customer relationships with high-value clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Create and manage rolling sets of 90-day objectives and 30-day sprints for customers, aligned to a customer-facing marketing plan.
  • Manage available scope to ensure the right things are delivered at the right time by the right people.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within your customer base and prepare proposals to pitch these to your customers.
  • Be the voice of your customers internally, ensuring their brand, proposition, tone of voice, and personas are reflected in all work delivered.
  • Draw insights from customer data, paired with a narrative that delivers learnings gathered from previous activity.
  • Support and mentor Account Managers on customer relationship management, upselling strategies, churn risk mitigation, and project management best practices.
  • Play an active role in shaping and implementing team-wide processes that improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of account management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An understanding of Digital Marketing principles.
  • Experience of martech such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Exposure to a variety of Marketing techniques and projects.
