Accommodation Support Specialist

This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work at our North Lane Lodge project, providing life skills and intensive housing management support to individuals with enduring substance use problems and complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving on houses and supporting service users towards independence.
The ideal candidate will have good time management skills and the ability to use a compassionate approach when dealing with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour. A driving licence is preferred.
We offer a competitive annual leave entitlement of 25 days rising to 30 days, plus public holidays. Flexible working options are available, and we also provide comprehensive induction and training, as well as counselling and financial support through our Employee Assistance Programme.
