Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Lead to join our team at MyJobScotland. As a key member of our Health and Social Care Partnership Finance Team, you will be responsible for leading an area of the team with a range of services including budget monitoring, annual accounts, budget setting, and various annual government returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of finance professionals in the preparation and submission of annual accounts.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action as necessary.
  • Develop and implement budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and submit various annual government returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Workstyle

This role has been allocated the workstyle: Agile - 100% of time spent working agile (flexibly) and interacting with others. You will be able to work from home, office, or multiple locations, with some requirement to attend the office on set days/rota basis.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes access to training and development opportunities, you will also receive a bonus scheme and generous pension contribution.
