About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our charity team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to promote our charity's profile and raise funds to support patient care.

Main Responsibilities

Working closely with our Director, you will:

  • Develop and implement a marketing and communications strategy to increase awareness of our charity and its work
  • Build relationships with hospital staff, patients, supporters, and the wider community to engage them with our fundraising activities
  • Produce high-quality communications materials, including reports, newsletters, and social media content
  • Manage and monitor budgets to ensure effective use of resources

Person Specification

We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject
  • Proven track record in marketing and communications, including experience of producing impactful campaigns and managing budgets
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences
  • Strong IT skills and ability to engage positively with people at all levels
