Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Process Assurance Specialist to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Review and Assurance: Provide assurance to senior management that business processes across LGIM are operating effectively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Review and test existing processes to identify vulnerabilities and control weaknesses, recommending improvements to ensure the business meets its long-term objectives and goals.
  • Process Implementation: Implement and improve processes to enable the business to meet its objectives, ensuring any changes are fully tested and documented.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Clearly communicate process improvements and changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
Requirements:
  • Background in Financial Services: You will need a background in financial services, with a strong understanding of business processes and risk management.
  • Qualifications: Ideally, you will have a qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, as well as experience in risk management and/or assurance.
  • Experience: You will have had experience of working on AAF reports and/or asset management, with a strong understanding of business processes and risk management.
