Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Process Assurance Analyst to join our team at Legal & General. As a Process Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our business processes across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assurance to senior management that our business processes are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Review and test existing processes to identify vulnerabilities and control weaknesses.
  • Implement and improve processes to enable the business to meet its long-term objectives and goals.
  • Recommend process improvements and ensure they are clearly communicated and completed by set deadlines.
  • Ensure any process changes are fully tested and documented.
Requirements:
  • A background in financial services is essential.
  • ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification is highly desirable.
  • A background in risk management and/or assurance is also highly desirable.
  • Experience of working on AAF reports is an advantage.
  • Asset management experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
