About the Role

Pertemps Warrington is seeking an experienced Internal Engagement Officer to join our team. As an Internal Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to engage our employees across the EU, Middle East, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, develop, and coordinate initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement.
  • Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
  • Manage internal communication channels, including intranets and email.
  • Support the organization in person at events and manage monthly business briefs, including agenda items, presenter preparation, and presentation material.
  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other departments to support engagement activities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within a similar role, preferably internal communications or HR.
  • Knowledge of using communication platforms and tools, such as intranet systems and email marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
Additional Information

Occasional travel may be required to attend off-site events.
