Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP who is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality and service. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for:

  • Championing excellent service through quality food
  • Leading and developing a team of chefs
  • Working closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes
  • Managing kitchen staff rota, training and health and safety
  • Driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
