About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Maintenance Person to join our team at Glenholme. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior aspects of our properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly compliance checks and perform maintenance tasks as required.
- Undertake a range of repairs, including carpentry, landscaping, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Control maintenance stock and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with training and development of maintenance staff.
Pattern of Work:
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
- Based at our facility in Spalding, with occasional travel to other sites.
- May be required to work on call to deal with facilities-related emergencies.
