We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a Nursery Practitioner (Qualified), you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education for our children.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and well-being of our children. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality education and care, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and healthy environment that promotes physical and emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
