Job Description: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other SEN needs. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver a differentiated curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, fostering a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an ARP setting or with SEN students in a school environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of supporting children with ASD and other SEN needs. The successful applicant will be patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning styles.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £85-100 per day, offering a competitive daily rate. You will also have access to professional development and training, as well as the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
