We are seeking a highly skilled Linux System Administrator to join our team at With Support Limited. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our Linux server fleet, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and remote access, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement scripts using Bash to automate tasks and improve server management.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement new server infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Linux technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our server environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Linux command-line interfaces, including SSH and port forwarding.
  • Familiarity with Rocky Linux, CentOS, RHEL, Debian, and Ubuntu.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and routing.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMWare, Proxmox, LXD, or KVM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
