About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Consultant to join our team at Skipton Building Society Group. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information about our full savings range, products, and services.
  • Conduct 'My Review' customer appointments face-to-face, virtually, or by telephone to discuss their financial goals and identify suitable products.
  • Proactively contact customers to identify and discuss their needs, providing education on our range of products and services.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch, providing a first-class service and resolving queries efficiently.

  • Annual discretionary bonus scheme with an average on-target bonus of 8%.
  • 25 days standard annual leave + bank holidays + rising 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 30 days after 5 years.
