We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Pharmacy Support Worker to join our team in Primary Care. The successful candidate will assist the GP practice Pharmacy teams with delivering the pharmacotherapy service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of medicines and improve patient care
  • Liaise closely with general practice and community pharmacy colleagues and care homes
  • Have effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be computer literate with an ability to learn new computer systems
  • Be a team player and have a willingness to be flexible and adaptable
Requirements
  • SVQ in Pharmacy Services at SCQF level 6 or equivalent
  • Experience dealing with patients/public
