About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our retail customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with existing business customers on a daily basis to discuss sales strategies and growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive growth and increase market share
  • Attend customer meetings and provide product knowledge and training to point of sale staff
  • Launch new brands and products, and educate retailers on their benefits and features
  • Ensure that point of sale staff are trained and aware of all products and price points
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £34,000, reviewed annually

  • A sales bonus scheme of up to £4,500 per year

Requirements
  • A driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to daily targets
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
