Customer Service Manager Opportunity

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team. As a key member of the retail operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide a luxury service experience
  • Manage customer feedback and correspondence to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role with a focus on customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Experience with merchandising and inventory management
