About the Role

As a Branch Manager at Nurseplus, you will play a vital role in driving your team to success and making a real difference in people's lives every day.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care and support across various healthcare settings, including mental health, learning disability services, elderly care, nursing, and children's services.

  2. Drive business growth by actively identifying new opportunities within the healthcare sector and collaborating with clients, staff, and stakeholders to build strong relationships and expand our presence in the community.

  3. Play a pivotal role in enhancing service delivery and raising brand awareness for Nurseplus UK Ltd, contributing to our continued success across the UK.

  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
