About the Job:

ISR Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Network and Systems Technician to join their team in Plymouth. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, ensuring a stable IT environment, and driving digital innovation.

Job Description:

You will work on setting up and maintaining mobile devices, laptops, IPCs, and desktops according to company policies and procedures. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, printing, and networking issues, as well as installing and administering Windows servers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket support for end-user devices related to hardware, software, printing, and networking issues
  • Setup and installation of end-user devices (PCs/Notebooks/Tablets) according to standards and applications
  • Support of operational technology in the plant, maintenance of the local IT infrastructure with a focus on server and network administration
  • Installation and administration of the Windows server and the Windows client environment
  • Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent throughout the organization, helping to set and implement their digital strategy

Requirements:

  • 1st and 2nd level ticket support experience
  • Setup and installation of end-user devices according to standards and applications
  • Experience in server and network administration
  • Knowledge of Windows server and client environments
  • Ability to drive digital innovation and lead change within an organization

Salary: Up to GBP55,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
