About the Role

We're seeking a talented Animation Director to join our team at Bundle Training. As a key member of our digital learning solutions team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging animated videos that help learners quickly understand complex topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visual styles that reflect our clients' brands and bring videos to life with expert character, motion graphics, and 3D animation.
  • Attend client briefings and creative meetings, occasionally outside normal working hours.
  • Create style frames, artwork, and storyboards that meet our clients' requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Manage the delivery of multiple animation projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide quality control and day-to-day management of freelance illustrators, animators, and other experts supporting our projects.
What We're Looking For
  • A passion for learning and a friendly, enthusiastic approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Expert animation skills in motion graphics, character animation, and 3D animation.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with a deep understanding of the animation production process.
  • Technical mastery in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and After Effects, and proficiency in using Cinema4D and Redshift.
