Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. This exciting opportunity demands a proven track record in the FX brokerage industry, with excellent management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the UK FX market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with professional individual and institutional clients, including banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales efforts with broader company objectives.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with industry leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics preferable; a master's degree or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FX industry or a related financial services sector.
- Strong professional network within the UK financial sector, including established relationships with key decision makers.
- Proven track record in a business development role within the Foreign Exchange or Financial Services industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in trading Shares, CFDs, and FX.
- Proficiency with financial sector operations and FX trading software such as Meta Quotes and bridge technology.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.
