We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Brown & Brown (Europe). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing tailored solutions to their commercial insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with day-to-day requirements, including managing relationships with key stakeholders and delivering outstanding service.
  • Proactively develop a pipeline of referrals from existing clients to obtain new business opportunities.
  • Work with clients to expand and develop their coverage, ensuring they have the right insurance solutions.
  • Liaise with the broking and support team to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Negotiate with Underwriters to secure the best terms for our clients.
  • Work in a compliant and timely manner on all cases, ensuring retention levels and income targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve business objectives and support the development of colleagues.
Requirements
  • A solid grounding in the Commercial Insurance market, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and wider broking platforms, such as Acturis.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and IT skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
