Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with day-to-day requirements, including MTA's, document queries, and renewal reviews.
- Support Account Executives with renewal preparation and new business quotations.
- Develop a pipeline of referrals from existing clients to obtain new business.
- Liaise with the broking and support team to ensure accurate documentation.
- Negotiate with Underwriters to secure the best terms.
- Work in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
- Ensure Retention levels and income targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve business objectives and support colleague development.
- A solid grounding in the Commercial Insurance market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and wider broking platforms (Acturis preferred).
- Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn.
- A negotiable basic salary and all the normal benefits.
