Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and care to children and young people in our residential homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores

- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth running of the home
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be 21 years old, have a valid driving license, and be able to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins. You will also need to be able to pass a DBS check and have a good understanding of child development and behavior.
BenefitsWe offer a range of benefits, including a refer-a-friend scheme, paid annual leave, and the opportunity to progress to Team Leader or Deputy Manager roles. You will also receive a monthly rota and be enrolled on to a workplace pension scheme after three months of employment.
