Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless care to patients.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication skills to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Adhere to NMC codes of professional conduct and contribute to an implementation of policies within own area.
  • Support service provision by rotating through day unit departments.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Registered General Nurse.
  • Current NMC Registration.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Experience working within acute or community settings.
  • Multidisciplinary working experience.
