SENCO Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join our team. In this role, you will drive the strategic development of our school's SEN policy and coordinate provision for students with SEND, ensuring that every student receives equitable support and opportunities to excel.
The ideal candidate will have:- QTS
- National Award for SEN Co-ordination, or a willingness to complete it within 3 years of appointment
- A graduate Degree and recognised qualifications in English and Maths from Secondary School
- A minimum of 5 years Teaching experience
- Experience of working at a whole-school level
- Involvement in self-evaluation and development planning
- Experience of working with SEND pupils and leading SEND provision within a mainstream school.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position starting in January 2025.
