Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Sales Specialist to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and winning new business at a local and regional level across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong clinical and commercial relationships within hospitals to provide smart purchasing solutions to healthcare professionals.
  • Sell a portfolio of x-ray equipment, including ultrasound and x-ray scanners, to key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with clinicians, radiographers, radiologists, procurement, and finance contacts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Focus on continuously winning new opportunities with a relentless sales approach.
  • Be client-facing and field-based a minimum of 2 days per week across the territory.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of selling x-ray solutions into the NHS.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for imaging.

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: £50,000-£60,000 (DOE)
  • Commission: up to £40,000 uncapped
  • Car allowance: £5,000pcm
  • Laptop and mobile phone provided
  • 25 days holiday + stats
