About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team at Hallo Healthcare Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our colleagues and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Transport Management Team, including note-taking and data entry.
  • Manage supplier orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Offer excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including phone and email communication.
  • Assist with the coordination of transportation logistics and schedules.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics role, or a similar administrative position.
