Job Description: Children's Care Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Children's Care Coordinator. This position requires a strong ability to work closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to provide tailored support to children aged 0-18 who may be facing challenges such as emotional, behavioral, or social difficulties.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have prior experience supporting children or young people in care, education, or related fields and will be able to demonstrate a deep commitment to improving children's lives and understanding the difficulties they may encounter. The ideal candidate will also possess formal qualifications in childcare, social care, or similar areas, although relevant experience and a strong passion for supporting children are equally valuable.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Care Plans: Work with families, schools, and other professionals to create personalized care plans that address each child's specific needs.
  • Provide Direct Support: Offer emotional and practical assistance to children, fostering confidence, resilience, and independence.
  • Act as a Voice for Children: Ensure children's rights are respected and their opinions are valued.
  • Participate in Activities and Engagement: Plan and take part in activities that encourage social interaction, learning, and enjoyment in a secure environment.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support during challenging situations, helping to restore stability and develop coping mechanisms.
