Your new role

This Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer position involves handling a caseload of complex, higher-value clinical negligence claims. You will work on allocated cases, liaising with clients and experts to ensure cases are conducted to a high standard. There may be a level of supervision, where you provide technical support to junior team members. You will work alongside the Team Leader to agree tactics and ensure relevant information is being collected. Negotiating settlements may also be required.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a qualified solicitor/CILEx with 5+ years of clinical negligence experience. Multi-track experience is essential. Excellent communication and organisation skills are also required. Previous experience negotiating settlements is preferable.
