Clinical Negligence Solicitor Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Healthcare Litigation team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work, representing a variety of clients, including NHS Resolution, Medical Defence Organisations, independent providers, and medical malpractice insurers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work
* Represent clients in various clinical negligence cases
* Work closely with the team to achieve goals and objectives
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

**Requirements**
------------

* Qualified solicitor with 1+ years PQE
* Experience in Clinical Negligence
* Strong technical and organizational skills
* Pragmatic and methodical approach to handling a variety of Clinical Negligence claims
* Ability to adopt a commercial perspective on legal issues
* Highly client-focused
* Team-oriented, with a willingness to mentor, coach, and supervise less experienced team members
