Electronic Warfare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Warfare Officer to join our team at Draken Europe. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering airborne Operational Readiness Training and representative Electronic Warfare to train military aircrew, ground radar operators, and RN assets.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Electronic Warfare training via face-to-face briefing, tactical planning, airborne delivery, and effective debriefs.
- Work closely with the Head of EW Ops and Senior Base EWO to ensure the successful delivery of Electronic Warfare training.
- Collaborate with civilian FTLs to operate within a normal daily working window of 0600-2200 Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend work when tasked.
- Hold a Qualified Weapons Instructor qualification, Electronic Warfare Instructor, an Aerosystems graduate, or other professional qualification relevant to the role.
- Meet the UK MOD security accreditation requirements and hold a UK Passport.
