About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Warfare Officer to join our team at Draken Europe's Teesside Base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Electronic Warfare training to military aircrew, ground radar operators, and RN assets within the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. As a member of a 3-person crew, the Electronic Warfare Officer will participate in airborne Operational Readiness Training and representative Electronic Warfare.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Electronic Warfare training via face-to-face briefing, tactical planning, airborne delivery, and effective debriefs.
  3. The role requires flexibility, with working hours in conjunction with civilian FTLs, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work when tasked.
  4. The ideal candidate will hold a Qualified Weapons Instructor qualification, Electronic Warfare Instructor, or an Aerosystems graduate degree, or other relevant professional qualification.
  5. The successful candidate must hold a UK Passport and be able to pass a UK MOD security accreditation.
