Staff Nurse (RMN) Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Willing Care. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with complex mental health conditions.

About the Role
  • Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are maintained at the highest possible standard.
  • Conduct physical and psychological assessments of new patients on admission.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
  • Liaise effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and develop the performance of care staff.
  • Ensure effective rotas are in place.
  • Provide person-centered care that respects the dignity and privacy of every individual.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Qualification (Mental Health Nurse).
  • Valid NMC Pin.
  • Clear DBS.
