Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Hillside Court. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing person-centred nursing care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and provide person-centred nursing care for residents
  • Administer medication safely and effectively
  • Promote health and wellbeing through education and support
  • Manage situations where residents display behaviours of concern
  • Be the Nurse in Charge of a small unit while on shift
About You

We are looking for a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. You will be a great role model, able to coach, teach, and support your colleagues. You will have a calm nature, able to deal with and defuse challenging situations. You will be an advocate of best practice in nursing and knowledgeable about assessment, admission, and discharge processes.
