About the Job
As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to deliver high-quality services to customers and patients.

Your Responsibilities
  • You'll be responsible for managing a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and care.
  • You'll work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring that the pharmacy is run efficiently and effectively.
  • You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks as required.
  • You'll represent the pharmacy at local events and meetings, promoting our services and building relationships with the community.
Requirements
  • You'll have a Pharmacy Degree and relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • You'll be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and be willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • You'll have strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • You'll be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
